Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period
The giveaway opens on 27 January 2026 at 6:00pm AEDT and closes on 2 February 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Entry Period:

1. Follow @inikaorganic and @seedandsproutco on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag a friend in the comments
4. Comment with one small change they are making this year

Entries submitted outside the Entry Period or that do not meet all entry requirements will be deemed invalid.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• $500 INIKA Organic voucher
• $500 Seed & Sprout voucher

Total prize value: $1,000 AUD.

Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received across both Instagram and TikTok platforms.
The draw will take place on 3 February 2026.

The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the platform they entered and announced on the Promoters’ social media channels within 3 days of the draw.

Prize Conditions

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• If a prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value
